8:00 – 8:15   Networking

8:15 – 8:450   Introductions to Program, Roles, and Backgrounds of All Participants, Executive training on Corporate Structures

8:45 – 12:30 Individual Situation Review – in an Executive Board Format with all Participants

Focusing on each company for 40 minutes, we assess their business needs from an outside executive and investor perspective. These are then translated into actionable items the target identification of the top 2-5 strategic tasks the company should execute in the short term to efficiently reach their next financial goal.  Each company presents for 20 minutes a top line overview of their situation, both technically and their targeted goals, and what they are seeking to do next, the rest is discussion.  We hold all participants accountable for feedback, summarize the findings after each company presents, and provide their written feedback following the workshop.

The topics vary widely:  anything from clinical advisory board establishment, regulatory planning, competitive assessment, selection and prioritization of target opportunities, customer feedback, preclinical trials, to strategic planning for investment and financing; all dependent on the company’s current status, objective, and needs.

A guidance document is provided to the companies on registration.

12:30-1:00 Working Lunch – Breakout team formation

1:00 – 3:00 Individualized Commercialization/Investor Breakouts Sessions – 1 Company with 1-2 Catalysts

Working Teams are created surrounding each Technology team with 1-2 Catalysts and or Specialty Advisors.  The goal is to focus on a single achievable milestone that could be executed between the initial workshop, and the enrollment meeting if the company is accepted: identifying value that can be added in a one month period of time.  Key in this effort is identification of skill-sets, perspectives, and other characteristics that would be valuable in reviewing and critiquing the results to perfect the output, and why that task was selected.

3:00 – 3:30   Workshop Results Delivered and Videoed Live

A videoed 3-5 minute presentation in front of the workshop participants outlining the results of the breakout session; demonstrating how the technology is going to move forward, how long it is going to take, and what it will cost to either execute or accelerate the plan.

3:30  Next steps, Wrap up, Announcements, and Relaxed Networking after a very full day.

Enrollment dates for accepted companies are typically one month after a screening workshop, scheduling can be modified if needed.
